Dated October 6<\/strong>, 2008 was celebrated the opening ceremony of the FPSC\u2019s office in Beirut, Lebanon. From this office, managed by two Spanish expatriates, Mr Pablo Barrera Cruz and Mrs Sara Luis Hannan, the FPSC will coordinate its cooperation-for-development projects that the organization is implementing in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.<\/p>\n The FPSC\u2019s Director, Mr Juan Kindel\u00e1n Rosales<\/strong>, pronounced a few words of welcome and recognition to the FPSC\u2019s Lebanese counterparts, and he also transmitted the President\u2019s message, Mrs Pilar Lara<\/strong>.
