\"\"The first days of October, European Voluntary Service (EVS) of Erasmus volunteers arrived at the FPSC to develop an intercultural project\u00a0 in youth associations in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Meryem Irik, Austria, Larissa van Dijk, Netherlands, and Gosia Falkowska, Poland, will perform the project \u201cEnjoy Europe\u201d<\/a> over the next ten months. It involves designing and development of various intercultural activities in English about, leisure and free time with children in youth clubs. During this time they will also provide support in specific tasks of the FPSC.<\/p>\n

Enjoy Europe is part of the Erasmus program and is divided into three areas: European citizenship, knowledge of foreign languages and interculturalism.<\/p>\n

The monitoring of all activities are carried out through some evaluations charts that the volunteers conduct daily and in which various indicators such as number of participants, activity performed or the objectives to be achieved appear.<\/p>\n

The three girls are very excited and have started their volunteer work in the associations. Their reception at the headquarters of the Foundation has been very good and they are already part of the team. During their stay they will have the opportunity to interact with Spanish volunteers, work in a relaxed atmosphere,\u00a0 value their knowledge, bring new ideas and, above all, learn Spanish.<\/p>\n

The FPSC launched three years ago \u201cEastbound\u201d with the goal of changing many youth associations in Madrid volunteer platforms. From \u201cEastbound\u201d Enjoy Europe was designed to make young Europeans able to implement EVS Erasmus in the Foundation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
