IES Veredillas is organizing during the school year different activities dedicated to the water topic as a human right and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 6).<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of Water, IES Veredillas in collaboration with Social Promotion Foundation, presented on 20, 21 and 22 March, four didactic panels dedicated to addressing the topic of Water as a Right and its problems, with the objective of sensitizing the educational community of the School about this SDG 6.<\/p>\n

More than 600 students from the four ESO courses took a guided tour accompanied by the teachers to the panels and then worked on this topic in the classroom. At the school, they estimate that another 400 students from other courses had access to the panels.<\/p>\n

The panels have been designed and donated by Social Promotion Foundation, as an awareness-raising action within the framework of their agreement in Palestine with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).<\/p>\n
