The 4th of June 2015, at 9:30 a meeting under the title “Europe, Italy, Libya: Immigration, security, reception” took place in the NH Hotel Via Virgilio in Rome. The debate, aimed at diplomats, intellectuals, journalists and experts, was sponsored by the Centre on Middle Eastern Studies of the Foundation Social Promotion of Culture (CEMOFPSC).
The event counted on the participation of Professor Emanuela del Re, President of the International Mediating and Negotiating Operational Agency (EPOS) and Doctor Mustafa Ali Rugibani, Business Manager in the Libya Embassy in the Holy See, who discussed the political and economic situation of this geographical area. Giovanni Cubeddu, journalist at the CEMO, chaired the debate.
