The aid received has allowed 4 young women, two Iraqis and two other Syrians aged between 16 and 25, who have fled their countries of origin to Lebanon because of the conflict, receive job-oriented training in two Institutes of Promotion and Social Development (PRODES).
In this way, these young people have acquired practical knowledge in “Al Tilal Training Center”, directed by the Lebanese Association for Development and Culture (ALDEC), and theoreticians in the “Institute of Management and Services”, in the service sector – restaurant, laundry and lodging-, which are in high demand in the market. Thus, not only seeks to facilitate their incorporation into the world of work, but also has served as a way to learn other subjects, such as English and computer science, overcome challenges, grow responsibilities and integrate into Lebanese society.
