With the support of various institutions, Condoray and the FPSC have been working on a new support programme aimed at women entrepreneurs which includes technical training, advice on setting up small businesses, preparation of business plans and business monitoring, financial services and marketing support.
This project has strengthened this line of work at Condoray by building several work rooms, fitting out technical classrooms and refurbishing three premises located in remote areas, so as to facilitate course attendance for women who live in relatively inaccessible areas or who have limited access to means of transport.
