Resolana, an initiative of the Association of Art and Science, is a Technical Training Centre dedicated to the training of women in the service sector. It offers an integral training in Gastronomy Specialties.
In order to offer a better service, in 2017 the centre has supported the purchase of new equipment for the gastronomy and beverage workshop. This acquisition has enabled 20 young women from Caracas to obtain quality professional training in this sector.
In addition, from the centre there are talks and seminars for family and friends of the students, contributing to the cultural and human formation of about 250 people.
