The project targets poor young women, aged 16 to 19 years, studying the specialty in the service sector (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) in professional schools.
The project objectives are to strengthen and expand the professional skills of the students, organize meetings with business representatives and engage professional coaches, all to promote their integration into the working world. In addition, it will work for them to be transmitters of knowledge and values acquired during their training.
At the end of the project, it is expected that the number of beneficiaries is 288 girls.
