Women and youth in Jordan, resilient to poverty and multidimensional crises, promote an economic recovery free from violence

This proposal focuses on addressing the situational and structural gaps faced by women and youth, which affect their access to the labor market and economic autonomy. Inspired by best practices from a previous project, the methodology combines social protection, skills acquisition, and employment training.

The goal is to positively impact 160 women and youth in the governorates of Irbid, Mafraq, and Karak, with an emphasis on financial inclusion and sustainability.

The proposal includes specific outcomes to strengthen capacities, ensure inclusive access to financial resources, and establish a detection and referral system for cases of abuse. It is expected that these actions will lead to increased income, improved decision-making, and enhanced individual and community resilience.
