The comprehensive training center for women, CEFIM, will start a new academic year with 200 new registrations of poor women, from El Alto and La Paz, which will continue several lines of professional training to ensure decent employment.
The CEFIM expanded its facilities and implemented a strategy of quality, design of new offers vocational training and labor market access as part of a development cooperation program funded by the Community of Madrid, OFID and FPSC from 2007 to 2010.
In these years CEFIM has increased its relationships with businesses in the service industry to give its students work experience, as well as conducting training activities aimed at different groups, which overall increases the supply of training opportunities to contribute to the sustainability of the project.
