Improvement in the Coverage of Basic Needs by Providing Housing, Sanitation Solutions, a Drinking Water Network and Environmental Protection in the Rural Community of La Reina

In the Department of Matagalpa, one of the poorest areas of Nicaragua, 103 homes have been built for low-income families. There has also been related work of purification and water supply and other upgrading works and environmental protection.

The project has been comprehensive, as well as infrastructure and sanitation there have been several training workshops to sensitize and train people in the use of facilities, creation and maintenance of gardens and raising animals for consumption. The active participation of the beneficiary families in performing the work and collaboration of the Mayor and UCA of San Ramón is to highlight.
